within 24 hours. If it's an in-stock item, it's on its way to you. Specific
transit times aren't guaranteed - we'll keep you in the loop with updates on
timing, but the average transit time is up to 4 business days.

Delivery
Process: Freight shipments are delivered to your door; drivers won't
transport them to specific locations within your property.

Required: Your signature is needed upon accepting the shipment.
Delivery
area restrictions: We offer free delivery for orders over 500£ to
most UK mainland addresses. Under this amount, we charge a flat £35 fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Order tracking
D&R Outdoor Oasis provides the tracking numbers once they are
available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door. Stay Updated!

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, there might be some additional fees involved. Such as, if your order has been dispatched, you, as the buyer, will be responsible for any costs tied to returning the item.
Returns
We're all about making your shopping experience smooth and pleasing.
We have a 14-day returns and refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@droutdooroasis.co.uk and
we will respond in 24 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you
instructions on how and where to send your package in 3 working days. We will ensure you receive your full refund on receipt of your items being returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.
Please be aware as stock levels may change we would always ask you to email us first and we will ensure your case is dealt with fully to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Damages - Inspect Your Item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
