USAGE AND MAINTENANCE

USER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Place on Flat Surface: Position the chimenea on a non-flammable, flat surface like stone, gravel, or bricks. Avoid slopes to prevent tipping. Do not place on grass or decking.

• Chimalin AFC chimeneas carry a five-year warranty against thermal cracking. Excludes damage from misuse, dropping, or exposure to high temperatures.

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHIMALIN AFC CHIMENEAS:

• Chimeneas are heated by the fire, so avoid making a large fire. Always remove the lid off the funnel when firing.

• Chimalin AFC chimeneas are fragile; handle with care to avoid damage. Do not over-fuel; use dry wood or charcoal.

WINTER STORAGE:

• Protect chimenea from frost damage by covering or bringing inside. Use a weatherproof cover for protection.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove ash by upending the chimenea. Accept discoloration of Chimalin AFC chimenea with use.
