Metal chimeneas will rust. How much they rust is dependant on whether they are left outside in all weathers, how much they are used, how they are looked after. All can be re-painted. Rust does not affect use.

Metal chimeneas surfaces can become very hot in use and will burn the skin if touched. We recommend the use of a chimenea guard when small children are present.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Assembly Instructions:

   • Use two people for assembly.
   • Hold parts while inserting fixings.
   • Tools needed: screwdriver, socket wrench, spanner, forked poker.
   • Separate bolts and nuts by size before starting.

2. Legs and Bowls Assembly:

   • Assemble Legs (G) to Bottom Bowl (F2) with M6 X 25 Bolts (T2), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V).
   • Assemble Legs (G) to Leg Ring (K) with M6 X 30 Bolts (T1), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V).

3. Top Bowl Assembly:

   • Assemble Top Bowl (F1) to Bottom Bowl (F2) with Connection Plates (O), M6 X 20 Bolts (T3), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nut (V).

4. Flue Assembly:

   • Assemble Main Flue (D) to Top Bowl (F1) with M6 X 30 Bolts (T1), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V).
   • Assemble Top Flue (C) to Main Flue (D) with M6 X 30 Bolts (T1), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V).

5. Hook and Airnt Assembly:

   • Assemble Hook (N) and Airnt (H) to Bottom Bowl (F2) with preassembled Bolts and Nuts.

6. Handle and Mesh Door Assembly:

   • Assemble Handle (L) to Top Bowl (F1) with preassembled Washer, Lock Washer, and Nut.
   • Attach Hook (N) on the left of Top Bowl (F1) and assemble Mesh Door (E) on the right with preassembled Bolts, Washers, Lock Washers, and Nuts.

7. BBQ Grill Hinge Bracket:

   • Assemble BBQ Grill Hinge Bracket (M) to the inside left of Bottom Bowl with preassembled Bolts, Washers, Lock Washers, and Nuts—do not tighten.

8. Swing-out BBQ Grill and Round Grate:

   • Check Swing-out BBQ Grill (J) level.
   • Tighten Grill Hinge Bracket (M) fixings.
   • Put Swing-out Grill (J) on Grill Bracket (M) and insert Pin (P).
   • Insert Round Grate (I) into Bottom Bowl (F2).

9. Final Steps:

   • Put Flue Grill (B) and Rain Lid (A) on Top Flue (C).
   • Check and tighten all fixings.
   • Do not over tighten.

10. Usage and Maintenance:

    • Follow user instructions for safe enjoyment.
    • Place on a flat, non-flammable surface.
    • Keep away from flammable materials.
    • Use Gardeco accessories for best results.

11. Bio-Ethanol Chim Burner Indoors:

    • Position in a safe place indoors.
    • Do not place near flammable materials.

12. Cooking on Chimenea or Fire Bowl:
