It is important you observe the instructions and maintenance recommendations.

Metal chimeneas will rust. How much they rust is dependant on whether they are left outside in all weathers, how much they are used, how they are looked after. All can be re-painted. Rust does not affect use.

Metal chimeneas surfaces can become very hot in use and will burn the skin if touched. We recommend the use of a chimenea guard when small children are present.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Assembly Instructions:

• Assemble Bottom bowl (F2) and Legs (G) using six M6 X 25 Bolts (T2), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V). Do not fully tighten.

• Attach Legs (G) to Leg Ring (K) with three M6 X 30 Bolts (T1), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V). Avoid tightening bolts completely.

• Connect Top Bowl (F1) to Bottom Bowl (F2) with three Connection Plates (O) and six M6 X 20 Bolts (T3), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nut (V).
• Attach Main Flue (D) to Top Bowl (F1) using three M6 X 30 Bolts (T1), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V).
• Connect Top Flue (C) to Main Flue (D) with three M6 X 30 Bolts (T1), Washers (U1), Lock Washers (U2), and Nuts (V).
• Fix Hook (N) to the left of Bottom Bowl (F2) and Airnt (H) to the right using preassembled Bolts and Nuts.
• Attach Handle (L) to Top Bowl (F1) with preassembled Washer, Lock Washer, and Nut.
• Add Hook (N) on the left of Top bowl (F1) and Mesh Door (E) on the right with preassembled Bolts, Washers, Lock Washers, and Nuts.
• Install BBQ Grill Hinge Bracket (M) on the inside left of Bottom Bowl without fully tightening the fixings.
• Ensure Swing-out BBQ Grill (J) is level, tighten Grill Hinge Bracket (M) fixings, place Swing-out Grill (J) on Grill Bracket (M), and insert Pin (P).
• Insert Round Grate (I) into Bottom Bowl (F2).
• Put Flue Grill (B) and Rain Lid (A) on Top Flue (C). Double-check and tighten all fixings. Assembly is complete.

• Caution: Do not over tighten.

Outdoor Use Instructions:

• Always follow user instructions for safe outdoor fire enjoyment.
• Place the real patio fire on a flat, non-flammable surface like stone or gravel.
• Avoid placing it on grass, wood, or decking.
• Keep the fire away from plants, under awnings, and a minimum of one meter from garden furniture.
• Do not use indoors, and use FLOOR PROTECTOR on wooden decking.
• Use FIRE GLOVE when handling the hot patio fire surface.
• Keep children and pets away from the fire.
• Do not over-fuel, and use caution in windy or drought conditions.
• Never leave a burning patio fire unattended; ensure it's completely out before leaving.

• Chimenea Maintenance:

  • Chimenea paint may burn off; repaint with high-temperature resistant paint.
  • Cast iron and steel may rust; wipe with oil after each use and use a weatherproof cover.
  • Rusting is natural; no guarantees against rust.
  • Clean with a soft cloth; avoid wire brushes.
  • Follow specific user instructions for the Bio-Ethanol Chim Burner indoors.

• Cooking on Chimenea Tips:

  • Use dry wood logs, charcoal, coal, or briquettes for fuel.
  • Clean and oil cooking accessories before and after use.
  • Use FIRE GLOVES when handling hot accessories.
  • Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines.
  • Never leave a cooking accessory in the fire unattended.
